Hey all we sit at computers talking about is the present( even worse when we begin to dwell in the past). We need to try to look past that, so I have started this section in which to discuss the future. First of all what do you wish to achieve with your lives???? What do you want to do work wise??? I'm sure you have all heard of the five W's. Well anwser them. Create your own little fairy tail life. Say do whatever you want, okay.
Note: Explainations of the present may be used to discuss the future.
Also, just say the truth. It doesn't really matte5r what it is( even though you probably know that by now).

I actually like staying in the present. :) As for the future (sooo interesting you ask!) I don't think I've ever been more afraid in my life about that.
In terms of what I want to achieve in life, I guess I want to leave the world in better condition than I found it :) Ideally any work that is dangerously close to play, and involves the same type of creativity, and infinite possibility, will due (like conceptual art). I wanna be able to finance playtime, I want to be healthy enough to play till I die, I want a really phat playhouse, and I want really awesome playmates. Also I don't want to damage anything in the process, like people, or the environment or animals. I also want make sure my mind doesn't stop expanding, my heart too. Have you ever seen like a 300 year old tree?
hmmm.... I guess I am still thinking about what I should do in my future. I don't really have "I-Need-To-Do-This" type of thing... but think about this, in US if you want to do something, you CAN do whatever you want. But in other places on Earth... that doesn't happen all the time. SIince we value individualism so much, it seems like we are usurping all the energy existing on Earth... well I am not sure what I am saying! :-(
Well personally for the future I'm also scared to death! I know kinda what I wanna do, but its the same thing most people wanna do, go to college, get married, have kids.... I'd also like to go to France, England, Italy, Spain, basically Europe. I want to have fun, try not to cause problems in other people's lives doing these things. It'd be nice if there was peace in the world by then too, and everyone could get along without killing anyone or anything or even hurting them.
The future? Geez..that's a lot to think about but really it isn't that far away...I haven't even looked at colleges yet! As far as a career, I haven't decided what I want to do. My first choice, as it always has been, is to go to law school and become a prosecutor. However I am also a very impatient person and 10 years of school after 4 years of regular college just isn't for me...that's 14 years after high school! And then after that there's no guarantee that I could become a successful lawyer with my own practice and everything...it's a lot to think about. My second choice would be to do something in the entertainment industry, ideally radio or tv...I really wanna work at MTV. And then there's always Saturday Night Live (I love that show) and I would love to do that as well. If anything though I would wanna put my writing to good use. I value my writing and I'm quite proud of it, so I think that maybe becoming a writer or a journalist or something would be an ideal choice for me. For awhile I was thinking of joining the Air Force but since we're at war now, that's out. I dunno. The future holds many things for all of us, so whatever happens happens I suppose.
Dear board,
I actually can't wait until the future. I'm planning to go to Stetson Univeristy, the first private university in Florida and one of the best in the south and get a masters in Political Science and minor in Marketing. After I graduate from college I'm planning to start my own marketing firm and go into politics. In 2028 I'm hoping to be popular and wealthy enough to run for President of the United States as a Democrat. As of right now I make A/B in high school, I'm the pretty typical, average teen. I'm actually friends with my Principal which comes with perks by the way. Here's a tip for you: If you want to take over your school make friends with your Principal. I also play soccer and I'm starter at Right Defense, not a bench warmer. I'm a pretty violent person when I'm on the field , but I'm pretty mellow when I'm not. I also love acting, so I might pursue that in the next coming months. Well I gtg.
See ya,
Josh
