I live in Staten Isladn, so I see the tribute in light whenever i go down to school or into the city, while riding the ferry. I realy like it. I think it's an incredible sight to see and a wonderful memorial. So what does everyone else think?

I love it too. Although I haven't seen it in person, I have seen it on TV, and will be seeing it in a few weeks. I love the idea, and the image is quite powerful.

Though I live in New York City, the only place I've seen the lights is on the front page of the newspaper. Their beauty and suitability as a memorial can not be denied - but do you think that justifies the enormous amount of money it must take to maintain them - that could instead be used to fund the war on terror to m,ake sure 9/11 never happens again?
