Hey guys, I'm Rai or Rachel (doesn't really matter). I'm 15 and a sophomore in Tempe, Arizona. I like to read, play sports, listen to music, hang out with friends, go to the movies, and that's all I can think of right now. Bye!
hi, I'm Chris, I'm 18, I live in Chicago I would be a freshman in college but I took a break after first semester to concentrate on my music. I play guitar, I'm in a couple bands, loud angry punk rock. I'm a real left wing political dork, I believe in anarcho-communism and I'm also a vegan (you don't eat any animal products) umm that's about it for me.
Hey everyone... I'm *Allison,* I live Phoenix, AZ (unfortunately). I'm a senior in high school. I'm into acting, music (currently attempting to learn guitar), badminton, and politics. I'm extremely liberal, at least in terms of the people at my school. I'm Jewish, which is a big part of my life in a cultural sense. Umm.. happy Passover (it starts tommorrow at sunset).

Hey everyone!! My name is Mandie and I live in PA...(unfortunately) I'm a sophomore in high school. I'm into music, singing, writing, movies, reading, drawing, computers, chatting, helping my friends, video games, Dance Dance Revolution, anime, and hanging out with my friends. I really don't have a religion, but I love my heritage of being a Can Am! (Canadian American) I'm a dual citizen of canada and the US, and I take pride in both countries, although I seem more at home in Canada. (Darn heredity!)
Hey everyone, I am Jen, and I am from Cherry Hill, NJ. I am a junior in high school, I am 17. I am a very serious dancer, I act, sing, and also play soccer. I am Jewish, which is a big part of my life, I am a member of SJR BBYO.
Happy passover!

hi my name is Janet, Im from brooklyn. This is how i feel---> Even though me and my family doesn't know any one who died in the WTC, I am still affected emotionally for others. I see in the news and read articles about how peoples lives changed after 911 and feel so sad for them, especially the Islamic and Muslim who had nothing to do with it. I just want to give them a hug and say everything will be aright. To express my self, I write poems, make drawings, or just write an entry in notebook saying how I feel. This is what I wrote in my entry after 9.11 --> I feel that it's ashamed to make war out of a disagreement. I feel that it's not fair to blame a community for one person. I feel bad for the Islamic and Muslim people because people don't give them a chance and ask about are their perspective on the 911 attack and how they feel instead of automatically a summing they are bad people. Well, I think that they are very nice people. They have feelings like us, they laugh like us, they cry like us. I think that they shouldn't be treated differently. They are human just like you and me. How do you guys feel about the discrimination on innocent Muslim and Islamic people. If you are an Islamic or Muslim how do you feel, and how do you express it to people?

This is my poem__> present forming the future
America land of the free,
Well, that's they way it's supposed to be.
America is standing tall.
Standing tall, is that just all?
Speak your words,
make them fly like birds.
Make some use of your inner power,
oh come on, it takes more than an hour.
Don't you want your kids to live in a world of peace?
So make some time to make war decrease.
from: janet--------------tribute to 911
please reply......what do you think about my poem?

hey, i am suzanna. sorry i havent been able to get on to add my thoughts on to this group i had a small computer problem. well i am 16 i love to read and add my thoughts to discussions. so that is why i am in this group. i was in group three till they closed it because the conversations died down. i live in pa. i have alot of friends that i can and cant trust. i am really looking forward to see what you guys think.
ABC, are you looking for a poetic advice or theme comments? If you do want poetic advice, reply back [I write alot of poetry too]...about the theme, it seems pretty on target with my views. The meaning of the line that says "Standing tall, is that just all?" is kinda unclear and in the last line, you may want to change the first "make" to "take" instead. Overall, a very nice poem :)
