how may of you guys have heard of this? i find it truly frightening as it basically undermines the constitution, giving our government the right to hold suspected terrorist at undisclosed locations, without revealing their names, and have private military tribunals. here this is happening. land of the free? This is not an action to keep us safe its an action for our government to weed out rebellion. i mean shit i dont know what to say it just blows my mind that this is starting here and i think the time has come to take steps again i before we end up in a totalitarian mess.

Yeah, the patriot act is REALLY scary...I dont know much about ti but I do know it totally gets rid of a whole unch of checks and balances and gives the gocernment the power to pretty much arrest anyone who isnt a patriotic clone. Have you heard of www.raisethefist.com? It is an anarchist website and the guy who made it got his house raided by the FBI and he got arrested without ever being even charged and had to stay in jail for like a month before they randomly let him go with no explanation.

we talked about that at school. every1 in our class was against it. except the teacher, whose views he wouldn't share. what might be considered scary though is that no-one made much of a deal out of not being a patriot. when all you see is the government tearing the Constitution to shreds, what do you have left to hope for in America? There's nothing free about America, America can't OFFER you any hope. you want something to believe in, you have to look elsewhere.
