I ask that question, because as I look back at history, many empires, kingdoms, or countries that have reigned in power and affluence had eventually fallen and some other country took over from there. For example, the most obvious would be the great Roman Empire, then to Muslim invasion of Europe, Africa and the Middle East, to Ottoman Empire, or to Austrian Empire... etc. So, do you think that U.S. will be able to escape this pattern, or is it inevitable for this country as well? (please explain why you think that;thanks and BYE)

I believe that everything goes in circles. Many of the empires failed because of greed, revolutions, etc. The US is a very greedy country that acts as a police to everyone else. Sooner or later someone's going to get pretty angry and well who knows.
