i just got back from little tokyo with the fam. we ate sushi until we were about to burst. it's good stuff. i had yaki soba, salmon rolls, some yellowtail, eel rolls, and one of their world famous little salads with ginger. yum yum. :)

i love days off. today is a double whammy. no school and no work! yeehaw. i'm still kicking myself about saying no to sean. i think next time i work with him, i'm gonna say something like "so are we doing something this weekend?" cuz right now, i think he thinks that i have no interest in him, which is nowhere near the truth. sigh.

the more i look at this painting of mrs. nogar that elliot painted me for my birthday, the more i realize that it looks like freddie crouger. you know, the guy on the nightmare of elm street movies... i guess mrs. nogar kind of does resemble freddie crouger. hee. hee. these little freshmen girls in my gym class were slandering mrs. nogar today in the locker room, so i felt that it was my duty to stick up for her. i said- "oh, mrs. nogar is great. if you can't see that, you're wronged. she is a very intelligent lady. so, she looks like a muppet... who cares." yeah, mrs. nogar is awesome. she's a genius, and a member of mensa. that's respectable, yes it is.

today was senior skip day. so we basically did nothing in all of our classes, because the seniors weren't there. i can't wait until next year. when it's my senior year... it's going to be very sad, though. because fabiola won't be there. it's definitely going to feel empty, and very weird being the oldest in the school. i feel like all the freshmen look up to me. they all suck up to me, that's for sure... i dont' think i acted like that when i was a freshman. if i did, i'll kick myself. yeah.

wow... i just woke up from a 5 hour nap. that's crazy. i felt tired at school.. but i didn't think i was that tired. hmm.

i'm listening to polaris right now. they are so extremely great. if you ever watched the adventures of pete and pete when you were younger, then get your butt on napster and start downloading polaris songs, puppy. go puppy go. you'll have a nostalgic trip when you hear "hey sandy." that is, if you are a good little child and obey my commands. :)

katlyn, katie cain, and i spontaneously decided, after school today, that we were gonna do EPD tonight, cuz katlyn wanted to see timmy, and guess who i wanted to see. hee :) so, we arrived to find stephanie in a horrid mood, and we asked her what was wrong, but she wouldn't tell us. so we waited for about 10 minutes, and sat in lil karen's section. i was having so much fun. mandy was there, doing salad bar. she came to our table and gave me this big cube of cheddar cheese that she found in the big bag of shredded cheese. so i was like, "thanks," and proceeded to stick the end of a spoon into the cube of cheese. i said "mandy, give this to tim. tell him it's a present from me." mandy came back out and said tim was wetting his trousers from laughing so hard. heh heh... :P so then tim came out to our table to visit, and katlyn blushed the whole time. i don't see why she thinks he's cute.. he's not really. but whatever. the highlight of all EPD was when sean was taking ice up to the waitresses, and he didn't notice me. but then, he was walking back and he smiled at me, and lip-synched my name. i felt like time stopped for 3.4 minutes, and all that happened was me and sean smiling. katie said we were both glowing. it felt nice though, it looked like he was glad to see me. eee :) i feel giddy. i can't wait to work with him on friday. hopefully, he'll be in a better mood this weekend. hmm. after that whole occurance, i couldn't stop grinning, ear to ear. i knew this would happen. i wrote in a journal entry a few days ago that i was "over him, and i'll probably like him again in a few days." i was riiiiiight...like always. (hah.)

i introduced katie cain and katlyn to the awesomeness that is paula cole. i think they enjoyed the mean music. it's oh so mean. download "mississippi." you'll see what i mean. right now, i'm listening to "my pony" by ginuwine, only because greg listens to it all the time at work and it was in my head, so i downloaded it. this has to be the stupidest song ever.. hahaha, but it has a nice beat, so i like it. whatev.

i'm just sitting here, awake, waiting for my laundrey to get done. since it's so late, nobody is online, therefore, i am lonely. pout. and, where did this weekend go? i feel like yesterday was friday, and i was riding the bus home with deidre, giggling about silly things, and singing "fill me up buttercup" by the foundations. this has turned into the song of the year, it seems. every time i'm with her, we sing it. needless to say, i can't get it out of my head. rrrar. what if there were no weekends? how horrible would life be..? no days of sleeping in, no staying out late at night with friends, wasting away the hours.. school all week long. oy. it hurts to even think about such an atrocity.

at the moment, i am downloading 6 songs by coldplay. they are brilliant brits. "yellow" came on at work and i was in the dishroom talking to jim, and i said "aww, i love this song!" and he said "it will be our song, mollie." hahaha, he's so cute. i love all the dishboys, except roy, james, and pyro. pyro's not really that bad, i just don't love him as much as the other ones. since i'm so bored and pathetic, i'll make my list of favorite dishboys.

1. Sean

2. Jim

3. Pat

4. Dennis

5. Garret

i don't really know garret too well, he just started. but he seems nice enough.

anyways, how pathetic was that. me listing my favorite dishboys? riiight, maybe it's time for bed.

is there any just cause, feeling like this? no.

i ended up having to drive stephanie home from work because rob couldn't come pick her up. he was "working..." which really means, he wanted to go out with his boys. it's a good thing i stayed to talk to her while she was waiting for him. when we were sitting in the lobby, rob called and she came over to me, all pouty, and asked me if i could ride her home. so that's that.

i wonder if there's a cupcake heaven.

there's this girl who decided she needed to sit at my table at lunch, right smack in the middle of everyone, in elliot's seat. elliot, is mad. she won't leave, and she's so annoying, i just want to be violent towards her. i was eating my usual, a snickers ice cream bar, and she was like "i hate snickers, i hate peanuts, i only like peanuts if they're burned." i'm thinking, who asked you... i don't care what your view on peanuts is, i happen to enjoy them. and then the one day, i was doing my spanish homework, and she was reading it while i did it (SO annoying, that's one of my biggest pet peeves) and she kept saying that what i was writing was wrong, and i should change it to whatever. i said to her, "i know what i'm doing, and this is how my teacher told me to do it." i'm too nice. what i would have liked to say to her was SHUT UP! I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU THINK, YOU ARE SO ANNOYING, AND WHY DO YOU SIT HERE? WE DON'T LIKE YOU! GO TALK ABOUT PEANUTS TO SOMEONE WHO CARES!" ahem. right. but since i'm so kind and polite (ha.) i didn't say that. i just wish she'd leave. or if she's going to sit at our table, don't take over elliot's seat. deidre told me she was in her chem class, and she just moved here from the carribean. that's kind of cool, but she doesn't need to sit at our table, when she knows other people in the lunch period that would probably be glad to have her sit there. what's also annoying about her is, when she talks, she sort of mumbles incoherently, and i can never tell what she's saying. she'll get up to leave and i'll say, "what did she say?!" grr.grr.GRR! the littlest things annoy me.

today was a pretty rough day. i got my butt whooped at work, we were so busy tonight. and sean was in a really bad mood, so we barely talked again, like last night. jeff told me (i don't know if i can believe this.. because it's jeff.) that sean told him he went to kristin the waitress's house and told jeff "i stayed there the whole day, i can't believe i didn't get any." i wonder if it's true. ahhh, i'm driving myself nuts over this, and it's really childish. i thought i was beyond worrying about stuff like that, but i guess not. *sigh, pout*

i dug up my old paula cole cd yesterday, and have been listening to it nonstop. i really can't get enough of it. she's really talented, but nobody recognizes it but me i suppose. this is why they label her as a "one hit wonder." i wish she would put out another album. i'd buy 10 million copies. if you get a chance, download "throwing stones." it's powerful stuff.

i hate when you wait so long for a song to download on napster, and then when it's all finished, and you try to play it, an error pops up that says something about less legal frames. i just tried to download "i fall in love too easily" by all that contains bjorkness, and this error popped up on me. this angers me. grumble. grumble grumble.

i came to the realization today, that i hate tomatoes. i can do ketchup, tomato soup, marinara sauce, but just plain, cold tomatoes are a no-no. maybe i'm just immune to artificial flavored tomato products. i like artificial grape flavor too, and cherry. maybe I am an artificial girl...

deidre and i were making mr. miller wet his trousers today in history class. we were talking about mr. pokrajac, and how much of a joke his class was. we told him of the time when mr. pok said thong in class. mr. miller proceeded to laugh hysterically. then, we told him that mr. pok had a sports obsession. he liked wrestling a little too much. i don't really understand wrestling. what's so great about fat, giantesque men in underwear, jumping on each other? i don't get it. it feels good to make a whole class laugh. i like it. but for some reason, that's the only class i open up in. i crawl back into my turtle shell in all of my other classes, all mute-like and shy. but in mr. miller's class, all is peaches 'n cream and i actually talk, make wise-cracks, people laugh. it feels good. why can't i do that in other classes...?

perhaps it's beddybye time. i think so, yes.

the fam and i went to chi-chi's tonight for dinner. how ghetto. it wasn't bad though. i lowered myself to ordering a chicken chimichanga. which i shouldn't have, because my stomach feels like it's full of pop rocks or something, and i'm just going to explode! any second now. ugh.

i'm going buckwild on napster right now. in the past few days, i've downloaded about 100 songs, and deleted just as many incomplete ones. i'm gradually quickly falling in love with Sade."by your side," "cherry pie," "no ordinary love." She is so good. she's kinda like a mixture of bjork, jewel, and tori amos, plus erykah badu or india arie. i love the sound, it's so mellow and calming. everyone should know of sade. if i were president, i would make a sade appreciation day. i would indeed.
